Ontwerpen, foto's en Buddy Beer zijn creaties van Thea Tetteroo. Zij is tevens verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens inzake de website www.theatetteroo.nl en www.buddy-beer.nl, zoals weergegeven in deze privacyverklaring.

Door middel van deze privacy-verklaring laten wij u weten welke gegevens we verzamelen als u onze website gebruikt en waarom we deze gegevens verzamelen. U dient zich ervan bewust te zijn dat Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer niet verantwoordelijk zijn voor het privacy beleid van andere sites en bronnen. Wij raden u aan bij het via onze website benaderen van websites van derden telkens de privacy statement en disclaimer van die andere website te raadplegen. U kunt zien dat u niet meer op onze website bent als de URL is gewijzigd.
Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij?
Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer verwerken uw persoonsgegevens alleen indien u op de website www.theatetteroo.nl en/of www.buddy-beer.nl het contactformulier heeft ingevuld en verzonden.
Via het contactformulier worden alleen uw naam en e-mailadres opgeslagen. Uw opmerking of vraag in het contactformulier kan er toe leiden dat wij vervolgens vragen naar uw persoonlijke gegevens die voor de desbetreffende situatie relevant zijn. Dit maakt het mogelijk uw vragen te verwerken en uw verzoeken te beantwoorden. De gegevens worden opgeslagen op eigen beveiligde servers van Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer of die van een derde partij. Wij zullen deze gegevens niet combineren met andere persoonlijke gegevens waarover wij beschikken.
U kunt desgewenst de Buddy Beer app downloaden via de App Store (IOS). Aangezien het een betalende app betreft worden er door de App Store naar persoonlijke gegevens gevraagd. Deze gegevens worden niet doorgegeven aan Buddy Beer. Buddy Beer krijgt alleen op generiek niveau te zien in welk land de app is gedownload.

Hoe lang we gegevens bewaren
Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer bewaren uw gegevens vanaf het moment dat u een contactformulier heeft verstuurd. Wanneer u ons vraagt uw gegevens te verwijderen, dan worden uw gegevens zo snel mogelijk verwijderd. Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer hebben geen wettelijke verplichting om gegevens voor een bepaalde periode te bewaren.
Delen met derden
Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer delen uw persoonsgegevens niet met verschillende derden. Uitzonderingen zijn een eventuele wettelijke verplichting.
In kaart brengen websitebezoek
Voor analyse van het websitebezoek maken Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer gebruik van Google Analytics. Deze dienst wordt gebruikt om te kunnen bijhouden hoe vaak en hoe bezoekers de website gebruiken. Wij hebben Google niet toegestaan de verkregen Analytics informatie te gebruiken voor andere Google diensten. Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer verzamelen geen IP-adressen. Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen

Thea Tetteroo en Buddy Beer nemen de bescherming van uw gegevens uiterst serieus en heeft passende maatregelen genomen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan.
Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken
Onze website heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Buiten het gegeven van een naam en e-mailadres, kunnen wij niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Als u er van overtuigd bent dat wij zonder toestemming van de ouders (of wettelijke vertegenwoordigers) gegevens hebben verzameld afkomstig van (of over) een minderjarige, neem dan contact met ons op via e-mail, dan verwijderen wij deze informatie.

Which personal data do we process?
Thea Tetteroo (Buddy Bear) processes your personal data only if you have filled out and sent the contact form on the website www.buddy-beer.nl .
Contact form: only your name and e-mail address are stored. Your comment or question in the contact form may lead us to ask for your personal details that are relevant to the situation in question. App Store

The period for which we keep information
Thea Tetteroo (Buddy Bear) stores your data from the moment you have sent a contact form. If you ask us to delete your data, your data will be deleted as soon as possible. Currently Buddy Bear has no legal obligation to keep data for a certain period.

Thea Tetteroo (Buddy Bear) does not share your personal data with various third parties. Exceptions are any legal obligation.
Mapping website visit
